Hangxin officially signed a cooperation agreement with ECA AEROSPACE recently. That means Hangxin became the only authorized service center of ECA in China. Authorized products include all types of emergency locator transmitters (ELT), such as the mainstream model 01N659XX and the latest model 12N67880 (including the matching mounting rack 12N67900. Established in 1936, ECA AEROSPACE is dedicated to the design and manufacture of high-end electronic devices, especially that are used in harsh environments. The 01N659XX and 12N67880 emergency locator transmitters (ELT) were originally designed and manufactured by ELTA, and have been chosen as the preferred airborne equipment for BOEING and AIRBUS series aircraft. In 2016, ECA invested heavily in the acquisition of ELTA and became the industry leader in the design and production of airborne electronic equipment for civil aviation and military aviation.

The cooperation between Hangxin and ECA involves testing, maintenance,modification, commercial insurance service, equipment sales, AOG services and other aspects of authorized products. According to the agreement, ECA would provide comprehensive support to Hangxin including technology, equipment, training, materials and spare parts. Atpresent, ECA has provided exclusive original training to Hangxin, as well as support of original equipment, materials and spare parts.

Based on the cooperation with ECA, Hangxin can provide customers with all-round efficient and high-quality localization services. In termsof spare parts, Hangxin has sufficient reserves to provide timely and satisfactory spare parts service support for customers in the Asia Pacific region. Hangxin is also providing localized technical support and guarantee for ECA's latest products. In overall technical strength, Hangxin will have more in-depth and reliable maintenance service capabilities, which can effectively guarantee the TAT and Quality.
